“Why Limit Yourself” – Wins Pata Gold Award 2019
KAZAKHSTAN – “Why Limit Youself” by Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) won the (PATA) Gold Awards 2019 that was held on September 19 at the Congress Center, Nur-Sultan (Astana) , Kazakhstan in “Marketing Media – Travel Video” category.
The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Awards is an annual award given to tourism industry organizations or individuals that made outstanding contribution towards successful promotion on travel industry throughout Asia Pacific region.
The video is filled with mesmerizing sights of flora and fauna, exotic cuisines as well as stories from various tribes in Sarawak and its diverse cultures.
This year’s PATA Awards attracted 197 entries from 78 organisations as well as individuals worldwide competing in four principal categories: Marketing, Education and Training, Environment as well as Heritage and Culture.
Supported and sponsored by the Macao Government Tourism Office since 1995, the PATA Gold Awards Dinner is an integral part of the PATA Travel Mart, held from September 18 –20, at Kome Exhibition Center in Kazakhstan. This year’s award recognizes the achievements of 27 separate organisations and individuals. The presentation ceremony was attended by more than 800 industry executives.
